Methods for High School Principals to Manage School Work

Abstract

This paper focuses on exploring effective methods for high school principals to manage school work. By analyzing the current challenges in high school management, such as educational reform adaptation, teacher team building, and student comprehensive development promotion, the study proposes corresponding management strategies from aspects including educational concept leadership, or
ganizational structure optimization, teacher professional development support, and campus culture construction. Through case studies and theoretical analysis, it is demonstrated that scientific management methods can improve school operation efficiency, enhance educational quality, and promote the healthy growth of students. The research provides practical references for high school principals to better carry
out management work.
