Optimization of University Teaching Management in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

This paper focuses on the optimization of university teaching management in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). It analyzes the opportunities and challenges AI brings to teaching management, such as personalized learning support, intelligent assessment, and data- driven decision - making. Based on relevant theories and case studies, the paper proposes three key optimization strategies: building intelligent teaching management platforms, promoting the integration of AI and teaching processes, and strengthening the cultivation of teaching management personnel’s digital capabilities. The research aims to provide theoretical and practical references for universities to
improve teaching management efficiency and quality in the AI era.
